Darak leaf springs noises

I have a set of Darak springs cs47r that when the truck rocks side to side has a rubbing/clunk sound. I lubed them but that only got rid of the squeak. There's only 30k on them and 2 years. No real off roading on them. Should I try to get them warrantied or should I just power wash them and live with it

 

Inspect the poly bushings. If you reused the factory rubber bushings-they may be gone or check the rubber bushings on the factory shackle mount. Once installed and under own weight-then torque down.

 

It's the leafs rubbing together. Arb sending me the a lil discs to replace them and that should fix my noise

 

Yeah the friction plates wear down and the holes where you shoot the lube on the under side of the leaf get pretty clogged, up so tough to service
