Any word on this? Curious how much they are trying to protect. Hopefully the Judge denies exemption to anything and they leave the courtroom with only the clothes on their backs.

I showed up. They didn’t even look in my direction. I asked about the cash and the trustee said they most likely won’t have enough to pay anyone back. So funny seeing guilty people lie in front of my face. I hope something comes thier way. 2k is not a good chunk of change just to throw away. Assholes.

 

Did they lie in the proceedings or just in general?

 

In general. Tyler couldn’t even speak up. He kept getting red. And tripping over his words. 80 percent of the time I was looking at them in the eyes. Not once did they look at me. Good thing they had a security detail I guess lol.

 

Wow thats crazy. Says a lot about their character. And the funny thing is there is STILL one person who is trying to stick up for them on here, and that person didn't even get the information right about who showed up to court.

 

I guess its better than the initial army that defended them religiously. Everyone's come to their senses.

 

Three bankruptcies in less than 20 years, damn. Hopefully they can never go in business for themselves again.

 

Id bet a lot of money that they start another business and file bankruptcy again.

I looked back at the email chain just now. I don't see any invoiced amount for shipping, probably because I placed a deposit first to get the order started. I seem to remember that it was around $200 from their facility in California, which is about what I expected. That's a big damn pallet for a HC rear with a swingout and all the goodies. If I can find the shipping cost, I'll post up.
