It's the only thing I hunt, for some reason.. My hunting buddy abondoned me this year so I havent gotten a chance yet. Man last year I made some jalapeno poppers with some bird meat in them. . :hungry:

@Bigdaddy4760 did you end up going with an extendable flag pole? If so, what brand and what's the quality like?

I'm thinking about pulling the trigger on the Harbor Freight one just because it is locally available but it's not necessarily a good quality pole.... Otherwise I may continue using the cast iron pole I've been using for a few years.

that juice aint worth the squeeze imho. the meat isnt great and its not much food unless you shoot a fuck ton of em and clean em and even then, after all that time involved now you have bleh meat to cook and eat and go bleh.

I used to go to Uvalde and blast birds left and right back in the day, now its $100+ a day for some redneck's 10 acres around here bla bla :jerkoff:

Dove meat isn't the best, but as far as hunting i find it the most enjoyable. I've backpacked in the rockies hunting elk for a week; fun factor way less

Washed all the mud off the truck. Couldn’t take it being dirty.

I recently celebrated 7 years retired from the USAF. Time flies.
I need to get my landscaping fixed so I can then focus on solar.
This. Now, quail is a different story.
There’s a goose at a community pond over here you can hunt.

It’s a dick. Goes after everyone, and is fond of nutshots. I mean, WTF did we ever do to you?
