I’ve seen those before. Never tried them. My feet are flat as tortillas

 

I put arch supports in mine, been wearing these for quite a few years

 

Bates boots are good there comfortable for the price

There are some hidden winch mounts instead of the one you are looking at if you want to go that route. Would go min a 9k winch by what I have read, depends on what you think your gonna use it for.
