Does anyone out there have the 2018 6MT with TSS? I'm curious as to the features. Hopefully mine will be delivered to me tomorrow, so doing research on it. I've dug through google and the forums and really can't find any information on this.

-How does Adaptive Cruise work with it being a Manual?
-Does the Tacoma come w/the steer assist? (It has TSS-P Correct?) Only TSS videos I could find were with the Highlander and it has the Steer Assist.
-Does the Adaptive Cruise work at speeds lower than 35mph? Say I'm cruising down one of these windy roads in Maine that sometimes are 25mph, can I hit the Cruise and have the Radar working?

Can't speak ot the adaptive cruise, but none of the body on frame Toyota's have the steering assist (TSS-P), just an alert when you drift lanes/etc.

That's what I figured, but had to ask anyways. Still curious on the other stuff w/it being a Manual. TY. :D

You can turn it off, shouldnt impact off roading.

Me too. I avoided it on the my 2017 as I didn't want any extra sensors than needed when I'm going off road up here. But, the deal that was thrown at me for this 2018, I couldn't pass up, and took the bite. So, now I need to learn all the negatives on having all the TSS and extra sensors and what to watch out for if I'm off roading/mudding/playing in deep snow.

You can turn it off for off roading, etc.

    Isn’t it just one sensor?

Thought there'd be sensors on both sides of rear bumper for collision? Or am I wrong?

Cruise won’t work below 40 mph. No auto steering correct. It just has the warning. I’ve had to downshift to 5th on steep hills with cruise set on 65 when in 6th.

There aren’t rear sensors for collision. There are only sensors if you have rear park assist with cross traffic alert.
