2018 oem gps radio quesion

does any one know what the new stereos RMS is from the stock stereo in our Tacoma's not the JBL one . I'm looking to replace the speakers and a don't want to go amp route .

Trick question, excellent reference you provided that points out the erronous use of Power expressed in watts RMS. A bunch of us in 1st year electronics used the term on a test and receives a lecture on power formula derivation proving that power cam only be expressed as peak or average.

 

My kmart kraco I had as a kid was 1200 watts.......peak. for probably a nanosecond with 3db pts at 1khz and 10khz probably.
