I have the opportunity to purchase a TRD Pro Exhaust system from a friend, we both have the same year, same mileage, 2018 Tacoma's his a TRD Pro and mine an Off Road, the difference is mine is an Access cab. Does anyone know whether or not the exhaust systems will interchange and or if there is a difference, what's the modification to make it fit if that's possible.

    Thanks

No, his SB exhaust will not fit on your LB truck. You could potentially have the exhaust lengthened by an exhaust shop, but I wouldn't begin to guess what all that would take, what issues it might cause and what it might cost.

He has an access cab. Yes the DCSB and access cab use the same exhaust. If he has a DCLB than that's a different story.

I have an Access Cab with the TRD Pro Exhaust. Same exhaust fits the Double Cab Short Bed.

Thanks guys and my bad I should have mentioned, yes both trucks have the same 127.4 wheelbase. I did some research and it looks like the part numbers are the same for both cab options, standard exhaust systems, so I was guessing the TRD Pro was the same exhaust system layout just a different part number due to it's uniqueness to the model.
