I’ve been doing a lot of research, and plan on getting a 2” all around lift with Headstrong.
I don’t want to alter too much.
Also a front bumper and winch around 200lbs.
I do very minimal driving and even less off-roading.
I want a tire that isn’t too terrible on MPG but still performs well on snow (really my only “off-roading.”)
Again I have 17” TRD Pro wheels and a 3rd gen TRD sport Tacoma.
The stock tires have been fine just want something “beefier” to compliment the lift.
I know larger tires means less MPG, same with the lift.
Just looking for real world suggestions, opinions, links, etc.

Tacoma and MPG don’t really equate that good, but I understand working with what you got.

I run the 17” pro wheels and for tires I use the falken at3. They work great in and off road.

Technically a all terrain tire with a bit more aggressiveness to them.

Yes 2” Bilstein 6112/5160. BTW the AT3s work great in the snow.

I run 265/75/17 on the Sema wheels.

I really like the size. Right now I have no lift but they will be a fine size when I finally get my 3” lift.

They are 1.4” taller in total diameter but aren’t super clunky or heavy.
I have a 2013 TRD Sport DCLB and I get 20mpg average highway with them.

I run the Firestone Destination A/Ts and love them. They are good in snow, quiet on the highway, but still have a tread that looks good. I got my set of 5 for $900 so they don’t brake the bank either.
I’ve been running mine for 50k and have no issues thinking I’ll get another 30-50k on em.
Best truck tire I’ve owned thats a good all around tire for everything.
