    What's up guys?

Quick question, got some Rhino Rack ditch mount tracks on my truck. Not totally sure if it was shop-installed or done by the previous owner. I know the roof was drilled into to throw four rivets through the tracks into the roof. The tracks sit super clean and it looks well done. I'm thinking about taking the roof rack off for a day and sealing around the tracks to make sure no moisture or anything gets past the metal.

Good or bad idea? If so, poly-urethane sealant or silicone? What would cause the least amount of damage to the paint in the future should I need to throw weather stripping back in the ditch mounts or replace the tracks there now?

Was planning on using some painters tape on the edges of the tracks and my roof paint. The gap between the tracks and roof is super small, but I could get into it jerry-rigging the cap of a sealant bottle and some hosing.

    Thanks in advance!
