Or you could have come down and done it right the first time ! Lol I paid a professional ....or so I thought to get it done right. I look at it like this no one would ever want to see behind the walls of thier home nor behind the curtain of the wizard . Lol It looked fine when they did it and still looked fine even with the old panels deteriorating and sagging. I am sure you have torn into stuff to make some changes thinking piece of cake ....then you find out that cake is dry and crumbly or moldy lol

Good morning. Draggin' ass today. Got most of my paperwork done yesterday and we had a luncheon for a guy retiring Friday. I was amused by the fact that not many positions are being backfilled as they're vacated....at this rate it won't be long till we can pull off a going away luncheon with a couple Happy Meals and a liter of soda.

 

Would have been life changing for sure...

Hope your Reno stays on track and they get it done!

Evening All. been at my sons since 10am everyone is rollin in to move. so proud of my son. the girl buyin his house did another walk thru last nite. thats 4. her dad bitched about something and closing is tommorow. all contract requirements have been met and exceded. my son said not puttin another dime in it and if they break contract then his lawer would be in touch!!be Damn if they wanted a final walk thru this mornin. they were just there last nite. son said hell no not allowed on property till we close in the mornin. if they dont want it thats fine. they said all was good. told son to all ways pic his battles but the ones you pic WIN!
