    Hi There,
I am new to tacoma world. I have a 2018 TRD off-road 4x4 taco and I had it lifted to 3” with 2.0 fox coil over with reservoir and Got a 33 copper tire ATT on it, no spacer. Just wondering if I need to regear. I’m experiencing a gear hunting when I’m on the freeway, evrytime I go pass 65 mph it keep shifting between 4th and 5th gear, I feel like my 6th gear doesn’t even exist. I’ve been using S mode and it helps a little bit. My MPG is averaging 15-16, on S mode is about 16-18mpg. Will regear help my problem and help my MPG or not. Advance Thank you for any advice.

Man, I've got same issue.....w/285/20's...I've been thinking about the OVTune and/or Nitro 488"s.

I’m thinking of regearing, I rather spend my money on a sure thing. But now I need to find someone knows what they’re doing here in the Bay Area.

    Isn't Nitro in Sacramento?

Yes you’ll need new gears. 4.88 likely the best option for you. Try Pete’s gear shop in Hayward.

That’s the conversation here on what to do after choosing 285s. Thanks for the input anyways
