How old are you? How long you been married, but OF COURSE its your fault! You gather and pack everything for the trip, you drive 22 hours to get where you're going, you unpack and setup da bomb equipment creating an oasis on dirt in the middle of KNOW WHERE! YOU cook dinner, clean up afterwards! In the last 22 hours she has managed to catch up on 6 months of lost sleep! Now you go to tuck your princess in for a restful nights sleep, she's forgotten to pack her freakin panty liners! YOU MY FRIEND have crossed that line and become the MAN in her life, this small feminine product has become the faulting item in this bright idea, YOU decided to share with your spouse!

Stupid, what were you thinking! Its not you uncanny thoughtlessness of forgetting her item, its for thinking you could take your lovely bride on a wonderful quiet weekend away from from the comforts of home and IT NOT BE YOUR FAULT!

At this point, admit it or not, every husband has the same thought march thru his mind! If I bury the body right over there, no one will ever find her!!!

Sit and spin storm here as well tonight/tomorrow. Winds supposed to crank up to 45-50 mph around here.
Not ideal conditions for sitting in a tree. Of course It'll be nice Sunday, and I can't hunt in my area on Sunday in this dumb azz state.:annoyed:

Some place in Cook County Mn. next County is a place called Canada. Closer to Thunder Bay Ontario than Duluth. Internet is hit or miss at the cabin. Even when it hits is slower than a dial up modem. At best. Trying to like a post causes browser to lock up. So does trying to upload a picture. Not sure this will post.

Polaris Ranger blows truck away for off road trail use, should have done it a long time ago. Love it. Dog is loving it, and chasing birds and being back in the woods all day. I am loving it. A week left. Scrapple thawing for breakfast. Life is good.

    Really.

Planning on a nap before you even do anything?

    Sounds like a retired schedule...

Bad in Mn. and Wi. also. Well kept secret they haven't made it up to Lake and Cook Counties yet one reason I come here. Usually coldest location in the US every day in the winter. Yeah I will not hunt rest of State until snow is on the ground. Although I've even seen the little bastards then.

Good morning y'all, and pour the coffee. Time to get after it.

Heading out to LaGrange county tonight to get a start on winterizing the lakehouse and pulling dad's boats out of the water. It's just going to be me and the BIL - no wives & kids - and considering that the bar is right at the end of our lake... well...

No, I'm sure we'll be appropriately well-behaved.
