I've come to learn over shipping within different companies in all of my years, warning stickers are completely ignore.

Sorry about that friend. Contact UPS and the vendor and try to get a replacement.

Just out of curiosity, why the hell would you mount it if it’s all jacked up? I hate to see that it happened, but if you want some type of resolution you need to take it off and focus on getting the damage rectified.

Mounting a fucked up grille piece just shows that you are okay with at least giving it a try.

I sent pics before I put it on to the dealership I ordered it from. It takes just a couple mins to take off. The bends were right where you screw it in so I figured I'd try to see if it would pull the bends back. The top one didn't end up bad but the bottom is still an issue.

Got ya. I have always been from the rule of thumb that if it’s damaged, leave it that way and try to give people that should fix the issue a chance to fix the issue since it was not your fault. I get what you were trying to do though. Let us know if you get it resolved.

Also pro tip for anyone doing this. If you did the tweeter install you may have those automotive pry tools that they suggest from Amazon, those make this an easy easy job. No clips broken and is really quick.

    UPS Freight is worst.

    Fragile is a challenge.
How much weight can it hold before breaking.

    None as of yet
Ups, FedEx, DHL, usps. Six of one half dozen of the other. All have messed up packages for me and my company. Part of it goes on the shipper though for not packaging well enough for the abuse seen in any transport.
On-Trac though is the absolute worst and have yet to deliver a package in even half decent condition.

i wouldn't pin this all on UPS. i ordered the same part and the bezel was in a bag with one piece of bubble wrap. there's no way to expect that box to hold up in shipping unless it's only being shipped with other bezels.

Oh I know. I just thought it was funny that it was more than likely bent completely in half with the fragile sticker. No doubt it could have been shipped better which is why I’m going through the seller first.

Some of the blame is misplaced, in a culture where everything is free or next to nothing shipping something has to give and it's usually the packing job.

I posted that it was the sellers fault right above you. I was trying to make a funny topic but I guess I’m not funny.
