Just venting. So pissed that another person had her life ruined over a comment that she was to young to know what she was saying.

    Afternoon all:
 Buddy had a buck about 30 yds. from him that he didn't see until it was too late. I had a deer sneak by at about the same range that I also didn't see until it was too late. I was watching that area like a hawk, how it got that close without me noticing it is beyond me, they're good at being sneaky!

I know 2 guys who have kilts: last names McKnight and Holzaphel.

The last one doesn't sound Scottish to me. Maybe he just likes to wear a kilt.

    All about bloodline.
    My BIL is a Scott.
Use to have a store that sold kilts, drums, etc.
Had the Blackwatch perform in our area and we had a big Salmon feast.
Before they came on the property the leader had a meeting on the street and told everyone to mind their language. They were awesome people. They helped clean the place up before they left and you couldn’t tell they were there..

On my moms side, still have relatives on the "home" farm in Sweden. Aunt, uncle and my mom have visited there. I'd do one of those ancestry DNA things, but someone might inquire about those bodies in a former rental I used.

Morning Susan, gang. Leaf raking/blowing season. Just glad my maples are only 20 some years old, but then the evergreens shed some all year long. Swept my rooves about three times now since Spring.

Might be a good opportunity to eliminate the problem of having the down pipe in your lake pushed over. Just sayin'.

We have this old sink in one of the bathrooms. The faucets have been leaking, and they're the kind that have rubber washers in them. I have some experience with those and did my thing to try and stop the leaking but all it did was get worse. So, okay, let's get new faucets.

    Hahaha.

    HAHAHAHA!

Turns out it is a DAMN OLD sink, cast iron, and everything on it is weird in comparison to today's plumbing. Huge hole sizes, no overflow hole and therefore no double wall construction, the list goes on and on.

And it's a sorta terra cotta color. For which reason SWMBO is in love with the idea of keeping it.

    HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Second trip to the hardware store completed. Third trip tomorrow. Luckily we have the most fantastic hardware store on earth just a few minutes away. Today I came home with a 1/8" x 1-3/4" O-ring and a 1-1/2" x 2-1/2" metal washer. And some other stuff, which did not pass muster and must be replaced with something that will.

    Wish me luck folks.
