    Well my last snowbird arrived this week so my duties are done for the winter. I really don't want to make fliers to drum up more business for summer but I either do those or rely on "word of mouth" or both. I guess if I want to grow this business as another "retirement income" I need to kick it in gear and start earlier to pick up more clients. It just kinda drags when the temps are triple digit teens and you really have that obligation to show everything it's due attention. Most folks do throw in a bonus when they come back to see their property has been well cared for and everything working, though I don't count on that. That's what they pay for anyway.
