99 limited 2x4 3.4

Cannot locate c open relay, tore apart dash under radio, divers steering panel and fuse box has been pulled out checking behind there. No COD found?
Problem is no power to fuel pump which was replaced before checking power.. duh.
No power to B+, I am a total idiot with electric, where do I go next. Yes battery is good and on trickle charge so system is powered up.
Checked all other threads and could not find my answer. I have to fix this thing, please help!
