Lower Idler 1 Pulley construction

    2014 v6 SR5 tacoma

    I'm replacing my pulleys and belt because i've been hearing a chirping.

    Here is a pic of the idler 1 bottom pulley. Where does that washer with the spikes go? How do i put that on before bolting it back in?

    No matter how I put it on, it wont spin once installed

    I think you have the cupped washer backwards, the head of the bolt should sit in the cup of the washer
