    I have a spring compressor, but it is in N. AZ. I will be heading to Phx tomorrow. Maybe someone can lend you a spring compressor.

    BTW, I have some experience with 6lug and 5 lug front suspension.

    Nice man this is a good idea. SO just take the assembly out and take it along with my new shocks and just have them switch it over? I'll ask the shop next to the station if they'll do this for me and how much. Would have to be a lot cheaper than paying for them to do everything.

    I think I'll just take it to a shop and have them switch the shocks for me on the stock springs.

    BTW I don've any EXP messing around with any suspension!

    don't worry, i've replaced a strut or two in my days....even tho i just finished high school:eek:

    but i have used the autozone compressors before. so if the shop can't do it for us, i'm not too worried about it

    Yea just take the assembly their. Those spring compressers can be very dangerous. The ones that most shops have are alot safer and they do it all the time.
