    They come with warranties. I had an issue with a refurbed Onkyo stereo receiver, and Onkyo themselves honored the warranty.

    what are the opinions of buying a laptop from a best buy etc...or from dell directly? I know you have more customization with dell.com but if best buy has what you want would it generally be cheaper, more expensive, less quality etc...
