Which fuse block?

    I’m going to be finishing up my solar install soon. I’ll have a fridge, two radios (ham and cb/11m, and possibly a 3rd radio in the future, dual batteries, and would like a little room to grow - maybe three or so available terminals. Later a winch, but pretty sure that will be going straight to the battery terminals (right?).

    Which fuse block should I get? I realize that the way I asked my initial question can probably be answered by just getting a block with the appropriate number of terminals, but I want to make sure I get something well-built, and at least moisture proof. Plus whatever other features I may not know about...

    Also, why fuses and not breakers?
