    Just a weight reduction. Strictly OE size.

    Don't do it. You will for sure be past efficiency range.

    We are so busy trying to figure out if we could do it we are not stopping to think if we should do it.

    I believe there was an issue with their customer service at the time or too many warranties going on at the time. They since rectified the issues from my understanding.

    The only pulleys that NST offers now are lightend OE size crankshaft, WP, and alt pulleys now. Nothing larger or smaller than OE.

    Beg for forgiveness, don't ask permission! Just kidding. I am not going lower than 2.0". Things are working just fine at that pulley size, and I think there's not enough meth injection in the world to compensate for boost of 25psi or whatever it would end up being. Not to mention supercharger flying apart, and the amount mods I'd have to do in order to not get belt slip....

    Oh yeah, there would be way too much involved to make a pulley smaller than what you already have to work. Besides, even if it was done it would by far be outside of the blowers adiabatic efficiency. Lol. 25 psi. You imagine that?!

    Magnuson SC, 2.5 pulley, hptuner, FPR mod, AFE Intake, URD longtube headers, JFR Y-pipe, 255 Deatschwerks, 76mm TB, Banks 3" exhaust, cam gears
    I haven't been running the 2.5 long but I don't think I've ever experienced belt slippage. If anything, John's pulley wrap mod and the 69.5 belt allows for too much tension. I had to relax the pulley wrap mod just to relieve some tension when I replaced my broken tensioner. A double pulley wrap might be overkill IMO except for you renegade sub-2.5 guys

    I am sure I need to get ahold of Gadget to meet this Scott fellow via phone or online. I have the new AFR guage installed and still, cruising with 6-10 in/lbs of vacuum and I am in the 12's. Wondering if it is a target AFR issue or a possible rear O2 sensers needing replacement because they are reading wrong and trying to dump fuel to get to target AFR.

    0.5” pulley or bust.

    You should be able to cruise at a steady speed on the freeway at 75mph and maintain 14.7 AFR. If you’re cruising at 12 AFR something’s for sure not right.

    The rear o2 sensors are there only to monitor the health of the upstream catalytic converters. They cannot increase the amount of fuel going in. The front o2 sensors are the ones responsible for fueling.

    I thought Rear O2 are there only to verify if the front cats are performing properly. I don’t think they effect the tune. Usually when cruising I see almost 20in of vacuum on level ground. Any chance you have a vacuum leak?

    When I talked to Gadget before I bought the Ucon he was telling me how weird Toyota was for coming up with how to control the AFR by using the inputs of all 4 sensors. The front A/F sensors and the rear O2 sensors. And I have replaced the front A/F sensors less than a year ago, replaced the MAF two weeks ago so those were the only two left that were suggested to be in great running order for the best possible results with the Ucon. As for the vacuum numbers, I get 19-20 at idle and am at the 16-18 around town. But going down the highway at anything over 55 and I am always running in the 8-14 range. But my truck is so un aerodynamic it is crazy and weights a ton. Before the 4.88's I used to run at 0 boost and 0 vacuuum all the time. And still now when it is windy (always) or there is a hill, it will go to 0 really quick, but it takes alot of throttle to get it to boost, and never does unless it is over like 2 pounds of boost. Not sure if the gauge sucks or what. There are times I can hear the boost, but it is not reading any. Maybe my bypass is really open. Oh and there is almost no level ground and always wind. I am going to call URD and see if I can get in touch with Scott to see if he has any ideas. Might need to log some stuff to see what the sensors are really saying and not just my boost gauge.

    Does anyone in here know if the resistance specs for the TRD 455cc injectors are any different than the factory ones? Going to try and do some troubleshooting tonight if I can figure this out..
