According to the TSB paper work it should be covered for 96 months and 80,000 miles

That’s what I saw on another TSB. So I had hoped that would be the case. They performed the TSB for me. He’s going to get the paperwork finalized now. We’ll see if there is a bill.

It worked out. Free free free! Drove great on the way home. But that wasn’t a long drive. I’ll go test it out on the highway later this evening.

So a salesman from Universal Toyota called me today and said "Mr Anderson this is XXX from Universal Toyota, you came in and were interested in the TRD Pro in Voodoo blue. I talked to my inventory manager, we can order you a TRD Pro in Voodoo Blue with a manual transmission and NO MOONROOF. When can you come in and leave a deposit?"

Wait What?? The TRD Pro is only available WITH the Moonroof (part of the premium package that comes STANDARD...) how can sales people NOT know this?

Exactly... I don't like dealing with sales people who know less about their own product than I do lol

    To play the devil's advocate

We, as a consumer, research every aspect of what we're going to spend our blood, sweat, and tears on. We know the product inside and out.

The salesderp has to know a few things about a bunch of different models and options.

That said, there are good salesmen out there that know their product. Read the thread about how to buy a truck on this forum, it's wonderful.

Well it's a hour until the Spurs game starts and no one has bought my tickets that I have posted on the TM resale site yet. If anyone wants to go for FREE to see the Spurs and Mavs at the att center I'll pull the listing and meet you near Port SA (36th @ hwy 90) I can also email them to you but with the new rules this season you have to download the Spurs app instead of just printing at home. I have 2 tickets and I ask that you only accept them if you can go 100%. So post that you can go and I'll hit cancel on the listing and meet you at the shell. I'm going to keep them active until someone responds. 20180930_165307.jpg
