Ever hate when you find a mod here on the forums you want to save...and forget to save it and now you can't find?

Anyone know where those dual color LED fog bulbs are? They're like 5500k and 3300k.

I am looking to potentially upgrade my fog lights too, so I have been bouncing around the different forums on here doing some research. Haven’t come across dual color fogs on Tw, but did see a bunch through Amazon and eBay after a quick google search.

For some of the led pod fog lights, you can get an amber cover but I don’t think this is what you were looking for.

I’m on the fence about swapping out my factory fogs for led pods due to not being dot approved, however I generally don’t use fogs when there are other people around me on the road, so that’s just a minor thing to me. I’m more or or less worried about accidentally forgetting they are on, and blinding someone. I guess with brighter fogs, I should be able to remember they are on..

Does anybody here have any feedback on led pods for fogs? I was contemplating a set of Cali Raised Led 18w 3x2 ambers.

 

I swear it was on here, was 5500k LED white then when you turned the fogs off and back on they were 3300k yellow. Ugh if I find them again I’ll link em.

 

Haha I definitely believe you. Tried looking for them myself, but couldn’t come up with anything from Tw.

That's for sure an option, I have a buddy who owns a company called Dip Creations out in Torrington. The big issue is getting them color matched exactly haha I'm very picky!

Nuno, did the bad vibes go away?

 

Haven't really had a chance to hit the speed on the highway. Yesterday morning it was bumper to bumper, and same in the afternoon after work.

Depending on the time I hit the highway, and it's only a window of a few minutes to make a difference, I either fly or barely get going. Hoping for better luck today to test it out. But for the little bit of high speed I did get to hit for a few seconds, it seemed like it was better.

 

Happy hump day! Ordering what I need to do the rear diff breather mod. Hoping to tackle that and the fog light anytime mod this weekend.

Welp. Guess I have to hold off on tints until after I complete a required step for a job... which takes about 6 months.

Trying to figure out what I want to do with my HID high & low and fogs.... any advice?

 

Last week, we think we had a bear come "visit" us. Wife got home from work last Monday, found our garbage can like this, and some poop on the driveway.





Then I think he "visited" again yesterday... found some footsteps on concrete last night. Going to snap a pic later and post it.

Dont know if you can kill a bear unless you are in danger but it looks like theres a free rug walking around your property.

Kidding aside be careful while your outside, bears are bulking up for winter. Im not an expert on the types of bears in Ct. But i think they prefer not to have physical contact with humans.

LMAO! I'm hoping he or she is not out and about tonight, when we're trick or treating. That would be scary A.F. !

 

As someone who works in law enforcement, it may be worth wild to give a courtesy call to your local agency to let them know based on tonights actives. They may notify DEEP.

 

AH HA. Good idea. I think the local PD was already alerted, but doesn't hurt to call.
