Camper top that extends?

I’ve tried searching but can’t find any factory made camper tops that extend to cover the area over the tailgate when it’s down. I think this would be the perfect solution for the 5’ bed to make sleepable for two people. I’ve seen diy jobs but they look very heavy and make it much harder to store things in the back when not camping. What I’m picturing in my head is some fiberglass or even heavy duty vinyl panels that fold out and would create the sides and rear, the rear glass door would become the roof extension. Does something like that exist?
