If it is that bad, changing the carpet is pretty easy. Couple of hours to pull apart, swap and reinstall everything.

My air fresheners used to last about a month. But upgraded to a K&N cabin filter. It works too good. Removes everything

I just tried a new thing. A couple cups of those laundry in-wash beads (Downy, I think) in some type of fine mesh bag. I used a short small nylon stocking because the grocery store had them super cheap, but anything with mesh smaller than the beads would work. I chucked it under the passenger seat and it's doing its thing. Bit of a punch in the face the first day, but it's subsided. You can also give it a squeeze or a shake every now and then, which seems to refresh it. I've had it in for probably six weeks now and it still seems to be going.

ARB Bumper, SOS sliders, rear bumper, and skid plate. OME Lift. Some other stuff.
I use fox urine cover scent as an air freshener. I works great at keeping the mice out of the truck.

So I fixed all the leaks and replaced the carpet.

Truck still has a "off" smell to it. Kinda musty, mildew like.

I bough a bunch of Pina collada wonder wafers but they make everybody except me nauseous. I may go back to Black Ice, or Yankee Candle midsummer's night dream, but I kinda have spent like $50 on air fresheners (Including an Autozone gift card for $20 of that.)

That's how I kept my three person dorm room not smelling like shit, I'd stick like two behind the fan and they'd work great.

I'll give that a shot in the truck!

I personally just don't like my truck to smell overbearing with that stuff. I'd prefer to vacuum and clean interior often to keep it from smelling bad

These will make your truck smell like a Christmas tree. You get 4 per box. They're a little pouch with something that looks like cat litter or saw dust inside. And they're scented with essential oils. Balsam Fir to be exact.

They last a long time. At first, you might have to put it in for a couple days then remove it. And your truck will probably still smell like a Christmas tree for a week. Then put it back in again.
