JBL to JL

Quick question about the JBL sound system. Is it possible to easily swap the stock JBL speakers to JL speakers. I had trouble installing a new stereo due to the JBL setup. Should that be the only problem I encounter or should I expect problems when trying to switch to diffferent speakers? Thank you in advance!

 

They’ll need to be 2ohm speakers. And honestly they won’t sound much better while being pushed by the jbl amp. I “personally” wouldn’t replace the speakers until you can replace the amp as well. It’s worth saving up longer

 

I started to swap the speakers, but I ended up tearing out all the JBL trash. The JBL system is garbage if you ask me..

New head unit, new amp, new speakers was night and day.
