I dunno I didn't read the rules. Some of the leading 2nd gen pictures have 3rd gen tacos in them so if it's a question of cross pollenation of generations, I'd assume that's ok. I'm really just here for the funsies

That makes sense. I was kinda thinking that it would almost be like a whole different picture.

Looks like @mwc273 needed his snorkel that day. Where were you all wheeling at?

That's at the gorge. Matt had gotten stuck so I was trying to "go around" and pull him out. It didn't go as planned

I uhh...peeled the stickers off. Does that count?
Heya! New to trucks and just bought a 2018 DCLB 3 weeks ago. I realize I dont have a pro or even an off road but I assume my truck can handle more than the puddles of Home Depot. I would like to drive some (softer) trails in the tri-state area to test both my truck and myself. I read that Haspin Acres (https://www.haspinacres.com/) is a great place but when I posed this question to the general off road forums they suggested I ask here so...what should I do? I am not looking to rock crawl and I am certainly looking for the basic-bitch versions of off roading since I have no clue what I am doing. Any suggestions are welcome and feel free to poke fun at my experience, I couldn't care less what other think of me...

Cool. You should get some pretty good responses from the guys in your area.

    Welcome! More F5s in Cincinnati!

Haspin gets mixed reviews. Most of us wheel at red River gorge the most. It's got a variety of trails- stock friendly all the way up to you-need-a-crawler

We have a semi-competent group of folks in this thread who are usually willing to turn wrenches for the price of food and beer. Also a good chance for you to help and learn. Having just finished ripping my front end apart for the 3rd time this month, I can promise you that you'll want to know your way around your own truck once you start modding

    Scratches, dents, lots of squeaks.

    Welcome bitches!

Cincy actually has a pretty good group of guys if you don't mind dick jokes and beer. There are a handful of us that wheel together on the reg. Most have already replied to your messages. Best place to get your feet wet imo is the March trip to lbl or the dbbb at the gorge

Ps to @Seansbutt subd for that butt, and kudos for giving @Jibbs a 3rd gen to compete with

There's a non-zero chance I'll be going to Black Mountain the weekend after Thanksgiving since I missed the official meet too, if anyone wants to tag along to a really good pay-park
