entune 3

I just picked up a 2019 Tacoma TRD sport it is loaded. I am having trouble using entune 3 I have like sports button on the radio but when you hit it I just goes back to my home screen. I have registered both with toyota and entune any advise

Probably obvious but the entune app has to be running on your phone and your phone must be connected via blutooth

 

Not sure exactly, but if it's a streaming service (internet), then you'll need data access. Have you paired your phone via Bluetooth or with a USB cable to the dash dataport?

 

Yes the app is running and yes my phone is paired via Bluetooth

Try going through a direct connection with your USB cable. Power cycle (turn off and on) your phone and the Entune system before trying again. Just to rule out weird connection issues.

Any other problems with the pairing (can you make calls through bluetooth in the truck)?

Also, what kind of phone?

You've got the wrong app on your phone. You need to run the Entune app, not the Entune 3.0 app.
