I had a separate issue. After a phone OS update, I was getting big issues with the use of Entune. What got me back on track was using this update:
    https://securedp.toyota.com/download-app/getHeadUnits

Even though I did all the OTA updates, this was a full firmware update that was more recent even given the Sept 2017 release date.

    It might help you also?

If, like me, you are not much of a fan of "the fruit" (Apple), with Android phones and tables you can get offline maps free. It has been a while since I played with it, but as I recall there is just an option in the 3 slashes to download offline map(s).

    Good luck!!

I recently went to iOS 12 and that’s where I had text msg readihg stop and the deleted sat radio presets reappear.

    You're welcome!

Before you head home, just in case, get out an empty thumb drive and load that update on it. That way, you can apply the update if it is newer for you.

This is what you are looking for on the HU:
    upload_2018-11-1_11-54-3.jpg

    That should read:

"Your Toyota Vehicle has an available multimedia software update:
Entune Audio (version 01014B 013A4C), Entune Audio Plus (version 01016E 01016F), [and] Entune Premium Audio (010192)
    • Intermittent rebooting
    • Audio sound settings reset intermittently
    • Dial pad is not available while driving"

I see the date on that is from sept 8 2017, I think the dealer put on a newer version.
I put it on a drive just in case.
....hopefully my settings won’t get messed up anymore!

You can check the version number in the head unit. I think it is under Apps, then Settings, then Software Version or Software Update?

Works just fine on a Mac, just ensure the USB is formatted standard (FAT)
