Makes sense. My plan is to get a Patriot Campers X2. I suppose there will be places it won’t go but I really don’t want all that travel gear on my daily driver.

Let us know if Deaver springs are better than OME. They are more expensive but that rarely means anything. Did your OME pack have a + or - on it?

Don't recall on the +- on the OME. All I remember at the moment is they were the hd pack plus two AAl’s. and were the ones recommended from ARB's tech department, actually there head tech. Not worth it, they cant handle the constant load and offroaind.

I'll advice on the deavers when I get them and log some miles. I suspect from everything I have read, testimonies/reviews, etc they will be worht their weight in gold. I may also keep the air bags installed, havent; had a chance to put them in yet on the taco. Too damn muddy and wet right now.

    OME are hard to beat.
I guess one guy has a problem.

You can remove or add leafs as you need.
The way they come you can carry 400, 4 passengers and it will ride and drive great.

Hard to beat for a good do it all leaf spring.
