5 luggers, what kind of mpg should I expect with the 5 speed manual, bigger tires and running the AC?

I'd guess anywhere between 15-22. I know that is quite a spread... MPG depends on a lot more than what you provided: ambient temps, city % vs hwy %, driving style, average trip distance, tire pressures, towing/hauling, etc.

    520 km is about 325 miles :D

Thanks guys. I guess I'm getting avg mpg. I'd just heard stories of people getting almost 30mpg with their 5 lugs so that probably got my hopes up lol.

You can with stock tires and good driving (and some luck).

Tires aren’t helping your mileage, and who knows about the other factors specific to you, your truck, and your area.
