Also- like Skip- I like Brazilian Ipe wood. It is a Brazian Walnut- so dense and heavy it does not float! Love the varied colors.

Oh got ya yeah I would just block the tent up a bit to clear them. Then just get longer bolts to attach the tent.

I had to go get loner ones since the ones provided weren’t long enough. The block idea is good. What does everyone suggest I use as a spacer?

Ipe is sick I love that stuff. I made a couple of salad bowls from an off-cut I got from the Hardwood store. The one you linked it's like 5 min. from me. Love that place

A piece of wood will work temporarily. But I'd look to get some solid bar stock of aluminium.

Could check him out. I’ll fiddle with it some more on Saturday when I’m off and see if I can’t work something out before I have to go to plan B.

I wish I had somewhere around here to get some good wood from. All I have nearby is big box stores and a commercial lumber yard.

Heck. I might end up going with some of that 8ft flooring.

Cut some of the threads off unless it's touching the tube. In that case space the RTT bolting bars to get it a tad higher.

That's probably for a power antenna or amplified antenna which you probably don't have. Car audio 101 as far as aftermarket goes blue is amplified/power antenna blue with shite stripe remote turn on for your amps don't get the 2 mixed up or you won't be happy.
