I picked up my 2017 Tacoma TRD Off Road 6MT on October 21st 2017!
Originally I had zero intentions of building this truck at all, wellllllll that lasted about 2 months.
Prior to I had a few jeeps, XJ, YJ, TJ, and those were all serious off road rigs and I really I just got tired of breaking shit And my girlfriend and I wanted to start doing more camping, so I picked the Tacoma as more of an overland rig, I just got a little carried away after finding this forum!

    Truck as it sits 10/07/18

    Armour:
4xinovations- Rock sliders, painted in Herculiner

ARB- UVP, engine, trans, and t-case skid plates!

Brute force fab- High clearance rear bumper, with tire swing out and folding table and hilift mount! (Should
    Be here very soon)

Still trying to decide on a front bumper!

    Exterior:
    Prinsu- Cabrack

    Lighting- X6S 30” light bar

    BAMF- bed rack

ARB- Simpson III Roof top tent

ARB- 50 Quart Fridge, mounted in the bed! Uses the ARB wiring kit into the bed compartment on the passenger side.

ARQ4WD- 180 degree awning with built in led lighting

    Suspension

ARB Old Man Emu BP-51’s with Dakar leaf springs.
    SPC Light racing UCA’s
    Suspension settings when unloaded

    Front
    Recoil:6
    Compression:2

    Rear
    Recoil:5
    Compression:1

    Suspension settings when loaded
(RRT, bed rack and all other camping stuff)
    Front
    Recoil:6
    Compression: 3

    Rear
    Recoil:6
    Compression:5

    Wheels: Method Standard Racing
    15x7 16”
    Tires: Cooper Discover STT MAXX
    255/85/16

    Interior
Not a whole lot done to the interior yet!
Just a few switches, I wanted to keep a stock look and I’m thankful MESO made a panel for the area next to the 12v plug in! It gave it a very stick look while allowing me to have switches for all of my accessories now and the future ones!
All the switches are wired to a blue seas fuse block, and to a relay distributor box.

This simple build seems to be getting more and more things everyday! Currently I’m thinking about changing out he BAMF bed rack for a SOS bed rack that will fit over a soft top canopy! Along with a decked system in the near future

Give my insta a follow, and I will update this with more pictures frequently as more parts show up!

Beautiful truck. How could you stand to get it so muddy? Black mud at that. :annoyed:

Excited to see pictures of that rear bumper when it arrives and is installed.

Off to a great start! That blue looks very good in your photos.

I can get my truck muddy, but I have to immediately spend time washing it off of the underside.
