I am primarily a trial lawyer and do anything that involves litigation except for family law. Right now I’ve got clients in traffic and criminal defense, landlord-tenant, contract and business law, probate disputes, real estate disputes…all kinds of cool stuff.

Haha I’m no expert in avian jurisprudence but I have done a fair bit of dealing in equestrian matters, not necessarily as an area of interest but based on the area where I live and work (Loudoun).

New tires on, 265/75/16 BGF KOs, screwed up on my alignment, but they are fixing that now and giving my $50 refund for not doing it right.

Question for everyone... Got the new tires, alignment was fucked. They did it twice to get it fixed, steering wheel stills sits to the right. Merchant says it’s the suspension/tie rod prob, said take back to dealer cause car is under bumper bumper warranty. Take to Ourisman Fairfax, they want to charge $120 for another alignment and then figure out issue. Car sways a little and traction control light won’t go off.

Regardless of where I got alignment/wheels, my truck should be under warranty and everything should be covered? Yes/No/I’m fucked and just pay for the fix?
