    so the RCI trans plate install requires removing the "cat protector" bars..these bars seem to be structural part of the car and not just to protect the cats. Does anyone think this is weakening the frame? today i installed the front and trans skid and had to removed 4 braces from the truck that rci claims are no longer necessary..
    just feels like a lot of stuff coming off the truck that toyota installed for some sort of rigidity.
