I have a 2016 TRD sport with the factory radio that has built in NAV, I have had siriusxm radio working on it perfectly fine and now all of a sudden I get no signal. It started to just slowly not get a signal as if driving under a bridge but now its 24/7 not getting any signal. I have rebooted the system, called siriusxm to refresh the signal and upgraded the radio firmware. Has anyone had this happen? I guess I could check the antenna cables to see if somehow it came out?

just go back by the dealership and check with Service dept. Ive gone by a couple of times and had my small questions answered. Also, if they're not busy, they've given me a free wash to boot!

Well the tech claimed the radio worked fine, probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a car dealership. Now have to waste another day making a video to show the radio doesn't work.

Found something interesting while troubleshooting myself, sirius xm comes in when working off land based repeaters but can't pull in from sats. I know it works with the land repeaters because when traveling in a city it comes in fine and cities use land based repeaters for sirius xm but when working off sats it fails.
