I did save some but don’t want to know what I could’ve saved.

FYI - I have 285/75 16 with OME lift. Still had to trim the inner wheel well liner and about 3 inches of off the bottom of both front fenders. And removed the mud flaps. Alignment was maxed out so installed ICON uppers. The only rubbing I get now is on the front passenger wheel when going in reverse.

And that's the difference! My OME lift matches my ARB Front Bumper. Extra stiff to handle the extra weight. But the ride wears you out...you feel every bump! But I like extra stiff!

 

I talked to the vendor from wheelers he was a cool guy he told me when I'm.ready to buy just mention tw he would give me a discount I just need more info on the rear leafs and still debating on getting a front bumper with a winch

 

Will need heavier springs for that front load

 

I have a peerunner with steel plate bumpers. I have the older Dakar’s leaf pack. I took them all apart,sanded,primed,painted,pond liner,grease,and they still squeak. But I’m thinking they might be coming from the bushings now

I bottomed out until I changed
Had I went with aluminum bumpers I’d had to get step bars to get in

 

I just have the standard dakar's at the moment and they handle more weight then stock ones do. If I ever need the extra support I can add it later by just adding the leaf so they are the heavy duty ones.

 

Not really interested in the payload more looking for maximum height I don't really put anything in my bed

 

I put the entire leaf pack in and if I didn’t have a steel bumper it’s look like a jackrabbit. But I load the crap out of my truck

 

I've notice that the rear is almost 2" higher then the front
