You’ll need longer shocks in the rear.
You’ll be good upfront, I’m assuming you’re doing a spacer lift?
And then just keep in mind potential needle bearing issues and if you’re going that high I’d swap it out with the ECGS bearing while everything is apart to save yourself some potential headache down the road.

I had 4wheel Auto parts do a Pro Comp 2.25 front level kit (only) and it includes the diff. drop. They told me it would be fine and they have done many lifts (not necessarily the Pro Comp front level kit) for local dealers on the 3rd gens, so I assume they are already informed of potential issues. I am counting on their experience in hopes that I don't have that needle bearing issue. Have driven it for right at a month and have put about 1,400 miles since then with no weird vibrations that I am aware of... Fingers crossed!

If you don’t offroad you’ll be fine with the spacers and blocks. You’ll most likely have a rougher ride in the rear and maybe a little axle wrap but the front should ride like stock. You may end up needing UCAs but I bet you’re alignment will be close enough and ride fine. If you do offroad you run the risk of bottoming out the front shocks unless you extend your bump stop, in the rear you’ll over extend the shock. Good on you either way for doing research before just slapping a lift on.

You won’t fit 285’s on stock height unless you do some MAJOR body chopping and modification which at that point is just a waste and would be better to just lift.

This is terrible advice, a lift has nothing to do with clearing tires unless your talking drop bracket lifts. If you rub stock, you will rub lifted as well when you cycle your suspension. You don’t have to do major modifications for 285s, usually it’s just some plastic trimming and a CMC or body mount chop, which is not that big of a deal.

I just did that same exact lift on mine as well and so far everything is working out great, but I have the pro suspension not sure if that is much different length wise.

I'm actually at about 2200 miles since the level and all is good. I would think it would not make any difference on your pro just because it is so minimal. Best of luck to the both of us...;-)
