So this guy that subscribes to my channel and a new lure company sent him some stuff (they arent for sale yet) and he put a little video together showing em off. Pretty cool for just a kid to get that kind of attention.

Ive only caught one alligator gar on rod and reel. He was 4 ft long and was a bitch to get reeled in. I honestly thought i had hooked an old tire or something. I got him up next to the boat to get a rough measure and popped him with a paddle and he let go. If he hadnt let go he was gonna keep my crankbait. Wasnt about to put that bastard in the boat.

I believe so for sturgeon.

 

Yes, sturgeon you have to tag. You are aloud to retain 3 legal sturgeon a year and the have to be between 40-60 inches to the fork in the tail.
