Thinking about trading my oem bumper for an aftermarket one.
Probably won’t happen but just trying to figure logistics. We’d both be driving a couple hours and then probably take it off in a parking lot. Wouldn’t want to pull mine until we met up. I imagine id be pulling my grill first. Then bumper, unplug fogs, pull crash bar. Seems pretty straight forward. Couldnt find any videos or a write up just wondering how long it would take or if im missing some things.
Thinking my liners would be sticking out up front until i got home and installed new bumper

About an hour to get the bumper off if you’ve never done it before. I can do it in about 15 minutes at this point.

Ok a little longer than i was thinking. What would be the time consuming parts? Not that an hours too long. I can change leafsprings in about that time but the body stuff is always interesting with hidden bolts/ clips and not to break stupid little plastic pieces

Exactly this. Nothing hard about it, but there’s a bunch of stupid clips and little bolts to find.

I can tell you from experience that the fender liners will blow back against the tire if you don't attach them to something and there's very little to attach them to once the bumper cover is off. I thought I had mine zip tied good enough and they still rubbed the tire and wore off a little bit of plastic.
