I’ve heard the stories bro. Sorry that happened to you. But I had the total opposite happen. customer service was excellent and I got my bumper 5 days after I ordered it.

If the paint scuff on my plastic bumper didn’t go above the cut line, I would’ve ordered it. Went C4 full replacement instead...
