    It's cloth man. I don't think I'd be using that. If it has polyester threads you could melt stuff.

    Two things. Clear windex will works 90% of the time. If that fails use something like Oxyclean. If you have a chemical stain from a incorrect cleaner, good luck. I don't know how you would go about getting that out. Oxyclean paste with a steam cleaner. I really don't know how you would go about getting such a stain out. It's will be tricky because it's not organic.

    Really the ring could be from improper drying. Make it wet again apply oxyclean let it sit for about 10 minuets then steam clean it all off till it's almost perfectly completely dry. It was not dried up enough so it left a ring.

    I have water stains on my truck seats. Basically when I cleaned it there was still soap residue and when my water bottle leaked I now have a ring of clean. I think you need to wash your entire seat with one of the recommended products.
