2018 Tacoma TRD Offroad

Has anyone successfully installed an after market bumper without defeating the collision avoidance (TSS Toyota safety sense)? Please don't respond "it should work." Also, will the safety airbag system still deploy? Is there any danger of deploying the airbags when your doing the work? I noticed that RisingWithoutWings installed a C4 Fabrication Overland bumper that looks great but his install was on a 2016. TSS came out late 2017 and forever more.
