Thanks for your concern but if you read the last page it's already been resolved and if I was able to handle this through email I would have except he was unable to provide a solution to my issue even after a week of talking to him but somehow he miraculously answered me on TW before he even responded to my emails. It does not matter to me if I piss him off or you guys suffer it is what it is and I call it like how I see it simple as that, I'm not in the wrong here he was the one who made a mistake as well as his inability to keep his word. I'm not going to get any support from the hive mind fanboys in this thread and once that mindset sets in, the vendor becomes a god that can do no wrong.

All in all problem solved, I will get my refund and will carry on, appreciate your concern.

To be fair your response sounds more like a 3 year old than mine. Valiant effort but I've already opened 2 disputes through PayPal and will be getting my refund. I will now also escalate this to a next level claim with PayPal which will further ding his PP business. I didn't receive what I paid for so you can bet your wife's sweet ass I will be getting my refund, good day sir.

So in an effort to get this thread back on track:

I’ve currently got 292 miles on 1.05. I’m heading out later this week and will have 2,000+ logged by Monday. So far so good. 1.04r was great and this is a definite step up from that. Hang in there guys, we’ll all be partying soon



I’ll post more detailed feedback next week once I’ve racked up some significant miles.

Once I see the $ amount refunded to my account, absolutely would love to oblige. Until then, no.

 

I usually don’t say too much until I’m in the 500-1000 mile range. In my experience it seems to take a tank or two of fuel for the Taco to really settle in. For me that’s usually like a week, for others that’s probably much longer. I flash once, then don’t touch it until the next release and I’ve always had a good experience.

 

Just a reminder for people who are waiting for tracking info in the future (in the USl, create a UPS, FedEx, and USPS account and you can see the labels created to deliver to your address within 12 hours or so....

I have this setup on all of them. It’s great. You can also have email notifications every time a package enters the system for your delivery location. I don’t even bother looking anywhere else for tracking these days
