Anyone ever purchase from JamesAllen.com?

Considering ordering some jewelry for my GF. Came across www.jamesallen.com anyone ever use this site? They are more than half the cost of the physical stores I've went in..

I almost purchased the engagement ring from there, until I found a family diamond.

Looking at the reviews they seem to be decent. My plan was to order from them and have a reputable jeweler appraise the ring same day I received it (don't tell them where you got it from or they will sling you some BS and try to get you to buy their stuff). If the appraisal was way off from what I paid I would open a case with them.
