White letters in or out on Tires?

Have a quicksand Taco with KO2 BFG's. What says the hive with letters in or out?

 

Black out. Always. This isn't 1974.

My rule is white out with black wheels and black out with any other color wheels.

 

Out always looks good, until. . . you rub them on some curbs or rocks, then the black layer rubs off, and then it looks like butt. Also as the tires age, you will see two different levels of black because of the white layer underneath.

So, the best move is letters in.

 

If you want black wall tires order all black tires. It has always bothered me to see white wall or letters on the inside when standing a distance from a vehicle. If the tires have white walls or letters, Always out! You want black then buy an all black tire! Thank you for listening to my rant.

Black out unless you are gonna detail your letters every week to keep 'em looking spiffy.

I feel it depends on the whole look of your truck. It has to work. I did white out on mine... which I like, but not sure if I'll do it on the next set...

You have a sand tacoma, keep the letters inside. I have a magnetic gray tacoma and saw someone else have the the K02 like us and it looked off.

Unless I had a white tacoma that was storm-trooper'ed out or an all black tacoma+wheels and white decals on my back windshield.

Keep everything black and nice.

 

Anyone that said white letters out, is an idiot and should never be listened to on any subject matter of any kind, ever, in my opinion. We may should even contact a moderator and consider having them permanently banned from the site.
