Is the Selkirk made in Canada or China? After reading your review I am leaning towrads getting them. The Baffin site doesnt show country of origin.

That's really not that cold when it comes to foot wear. As long as you're active, you could do outdoor temps in the 20's in tennis shoes no problem. But you will want some water resistance and boot height if you're in snow.

When it comes to winter boots, at 25° I'd be more worried about being too warm than too cold.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
Alpaca wool socks are warm and don't make your feet sweat or itch. They’re awesome

I'm pretty sure Baffin is completely made in Canada.

By the way.... they are rated to -70 degrees Fahrenheit, and are waterproof.

    From the Baffin site:

    OUR STORY
Baffin was Born In The North in 1979. What does this mean? Well, literally it means that the brand was born in "The Great White North", Canada; and product that we still manufacture today in Stoney Creek, was first setup for production in the late 1970s.

This is what made me ask. It looks like only a handful of their work boots are made in Canada.

Yea, seems even they have succumbed to the manufacturing trend we've become accustomed to. Fortunately the quality is still upheld, at least according to my personal experiences and that article. Maybe I got lucky though and got mine before the move.........
