So I decided to try a new product for my floor mats in my TRD OR. I bought the Wade sure fits, needless to say, they are garbage. They don’t fit worth a crap and they also didn’t put the holes for the passenger side mat locks. I’ve always had weathertech and I knew I should have stayed with them but I wanted to try something new... Stupid me. Lesson learned. Going to see if I can ship them back for a refund.

    Try the husky exact fits..
They fit perfectly without the curl up edges you get from other products and there a softer rubber then weathertech....
They have the passengers side attachment as well.
Tried them all and the huskies are my favorite.

    Not my experienced for sure..,
Also I take mine out to wash them once in a while so that may have removed any oil film..,

Wethertech gives you more coverage up the sides but less coverage on the dead pedal and under the brake area then the Husky mats.

Can't really go wrong with either option.

So the 2018 has the passenger side locks? Can they be installed on a 2017?

I listed them for sale locally. Maybe somebody else would like them and I can save them a little money. Can’t list on here I don’t have enough posts ‍♂️

+ on the Huskys - they are great. Also they clean up to look brand new.

I just put the husky weatherbeaters in last weekend and had weathertech mats in last 2 trucks. Get whatever is cheaper bc they're about the same thing.

You can take the clips out of the floor before putting in the passenger side liner. Passenger side clips are entirely redundant because there is no gas or brake pedal for it to interfere with. Having the holes on the passenger side provides a place low down for water / muck to leak through into the rug below.

The husky mats don't have a hole on the passenger side.
They use a pin that screws into the carpet, then the Mat kind of snaps onto the screw holding it in place with no leak point ...

I would like clips on the Passenger Side in my truck, ex gf used to somehow get the mat pushed up over there.

Are the weather tech more durable than the husky's? It seems like the weather tech are harder in texture/material and can hold more abuse etc. My other question is, does the passenger side has the holes to tide them down for either or brand? It seems like the husky's has them covered (?) do you need to cut them open to secure them to the floor?

What is the part number for the full weather mat for the husky and weather tech?

    Thanks everyone!

    Honestly I don't think so...
The huskies are more comfortable to me and since they all have a lifetime warranty if they wear out get replaced free..

I checked both website and the husky's have no hassle lifetime replacement. The weather tech doesn't and quote:

"That does not mean that a product that simply and naturally wears out from normal use is a candidate for a warranty replacement or a refund. Like tires, brake pads or the shoes on your feet, everything wears out and when it does, that does not mean you did not receive good value for your money."

    I guess Husky wins here!!!
