Starting this thread for my build so I can show what I am doing and ask advice. I have already solved some things, so here we go!

Planning on getting a 2019 Offroad M/T at the beginning of the year. I have discovered one thing I don't like about Toyota though. Their website sucks. Nowhere can I find a base feature list. I'm trying to figure out what comes on a base Offroad. My local dealer kind of rubbed me the wrong way when I tried to get information from them. The manager tried to sell me on a Pro for a half hour even though I repeatedly said that's not what I want. So here is what I do want:
    Power windows
    Power locks
    Locking diff
    Backup camera
    Key fob for door locks
    Cruise control

I mention those last 2 because I bought a 2014 Corolla L and it didn't come with those. Didn't notice till I was on my way home with the car.

I'm not interested in all the sensors in the bumpers. I will be putting on real bumpers later so I doubt they would be compatible anyway. I really do not want a moonroof. So the Premium Technology package is out anyway.

You want an off-road without the tech or premium package. M/T you will have the locker in the rear and a-trac but no crawl control.

Yes, I don’t think you can buy a Tacoma without power locks or power windows anymore. All vehicles have to have backup cameras now, so even a base Yaris has one, that’s a federal law. All TRDs have cruise control standard, and I believe they all still have the tow package standard.

Awesome. I just wanted to be sure. I wasn't happy when I found out the Corolla I bought didn't have cruise or a key fob. Especially when I figured out it would be 1k in parts and labor. I ended up adding cruise myself but to this day no key fob.
