How to delete apps from Pioneer AVH radio

Any Pioneer experts in here?

Guys I am at my wits end and hoping someone out there can help. I have a Pioneer AVH-X5800BHS head unit that I connect to an iPhone. I have been connecting my phone via lightning cable to the unit for months to stream Spotify and Iheartradio while using Waze for navagation. Waze was would only display on the phone while Spotify and IHR would be on the radio. I use Waze every day and thought it would be kewl to not just use it on my phone, but project it to the head unit. To do so I had to add Waze to the headunit so it would show up on the headunit.

Well I absolutely hate it and regret putting it on the headunit. I want Waze removed from the headunit and just stay showing on my phone. Like I had it. I go into the apps on the headunit and can see Waze listed there (It was not until I added it) but now have no idea how to delete it now. I have tried dragging, holding my finger, everything.

The only help I can find via Google is how to add apps... none on how to remove. Is it a one way thing where you can only add apps but can't remove them? Help!

 

I would try a full factory reset just to see
